Hi! My name is Megan and I am 24 years old living in New Jersey and working full-time in Manhatten. I am trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle for myself all while working full-time and spending lots of time with friends and family. One of the reasons I would like to adopt a healthy lifestyle is because it saved my mom’s life. Check out the page I wrote about her here. This blog is going to be about maintaing a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy, exercising, working full-time, friends, family and a whole lot more
